Video generation fails instantly on every model, with or without images and even with simple prompts. The page is buggy and often needs refreshing when changing side-panel options. I paid for the service, work is delayed, and I urgently need support.

Could you please try accessing the video generation feature using this link and let us know if it loads properly?

If the issue persists, please try a hard refresh of the page by holding the Shift key and clicking refresh/reload.

You can also try opening the page in a different browser to see if that resolves the issue.

If it’s still not working, please share a full screenshot (including the URL bar) so we can take a closer look.
