video not ganreate somthing went wrong

I'm unable to generate videos in Adobe Firefly.

Issue:
Every time I click Generate, the generation fails with the message:

"Something went wrong. Please try again later."

This happens with every available video model, not just one specific model.

What I've already tried:

• Tried all available video models (same error on every model)
• Logged in on multiple devices (same issue)
• Tried different browsers
• Signed out and signed back in
• Used different prompts
• Changed video settings (resolution, aspect ratio, duration)
• The issue persists in every case

Environment:

• Product: Adobe Firefly – Generate Video
• Browser: Google Chrome
• OS: macOS
• Occurs across multiple devices

Expected Result:
The video generation should start successfully regardless of the selected model.

Actual Result:
Every generation request fails immediately with the error:

"Something went wrong. Please try again later."

This issue occurs across all video models, all prompts, multiple browsers, and multiple devices, suggesting it may be an account-related or backend service issue.

• System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).
• Workflow Context:
  • Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
  • Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
  • The full prompt you were using.
  • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.
