Videos not generating

As ​@Trevor.Dennis asked, it takes time to generate an video. Each model has different rendering times  and so on. 3rd party models tend to take the longest.

Could you try logging out of your Creative Cloud app and then log back in? This has helped me with other issues before.

Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.
