Violation of terms of use!?

how is this exactly violating any terms? I am paying for the service and want to continue to do so but lately I've tried on three different occasions, three different photos and none of them could be edited using AI. It really not cool. Your AI recognition is waaaay to sensitive and doesn't let me do anything.
