Wasted credits on crap results

Wanted a simple UK map zooming into Surrey, it produced a crap map covered in made up locations and zoomed into an area of Wales then poopped out a shape of Scotland, I want my credits back!

Regarding your credits, they have been spent.
If you are looking for a map, head over to Adobe Express. Different tools do different jobs. In this case the plug in is free. There is a free version of the app.

There is a plug in there that has the map feature. You may have to choose the location you want specifically and then clean up the rest of the image.
