I am facing a repeated issue in Adobe Firefly where video generation fails with the message “Can’t load – We can’t display the generated video,” but my credits are still being deducted for unsuccessful attempts. This is unfair and affecting my work. Kindly investigate the issue, restore my deducted credits, and provide a permanent fix as soon as possible. Screenshot attached for reference.
