    Just to add to what ​@droopydog500  mentioned.
    In your Adobe Creative Cloud, top right corner you will see your icon. Press your icon and a drop down menu will show the following information.

    Press: View your generative AI balance
    This is one way to see how many credits you have available.

    You have credits.  this is clear. 

    Could you create a full screen video of your workflow showing us what is happening? This would help considerably.

    have you attempted to enter a prompt in the box in the middle of the screen? I am askin a very obvious Question to be captain obvious. I don’t know if you have used Firefly before or not.

    Which plan did you sign up for (I am not sure which one was $19.99 for you). Can you see the plan on your accounts page: https://account.adobe.com/plans.

     

    If so, please try logging out and back in again and see if that works.

    When you click your avatar in the upper right corner, does it show 4000 credits?  Can you please give us a screen shot of the full browser window with it telling you you do not have sufficient credits when generating?
