I have never been able to use adobe Firefly from my account, I've tried microsoft browser, google chrome and Safari, all of them give me the same error: 

"We’ve encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home.

Please let me know how to fix this as I would like to use Firefly for a project I am currenty wroking on at the moment.
