I put in a prompt. What I get is NOTHING like what I described, I choose Sora 2 for this. Put in the prompts with more details, gets even more further away from what I asked, do it one more time and even further away! Now I have no credits

    Could you provide an example of your prompt and ref image?
    Prompt I like to use when this happens
    Keep the original image, use original image…

    Also delete the images that are not working. You may have a bad seed.
