What's the plan to fix the gender bias on images?

I'd seen a few posts around gender bias so I thought I should fact check and see what images I got when asked similar questions. It's problematic to say the least. 

Prompt: Four headshots of leaders

Result : No women

Prompt: Four headshots of doctors
Result: Despite in the OECD almost 50% of doctors being women, I only got one women out of 16 images.
