First I agree with @Clay_Does_Not_Play  be specific. 

Second, having just come from a dentist in Canada and Ireland, this image is not that far off from my experience. (minus everything being squeky clean white.)

Third, consider looking at the images provided on Adobe Stock. Look at the keywords that people are using. If there is a free image consider using it as a reference image.

When you get an image that does not accurately reflect what you are asking for, it is best to thumbs down the image and provide direct detailed feedback. That feedback is seen by the people who work on the models.

That said, you generally get better results by being more specific. If there are things in the image of a dental office you expect to see, state them in the prompt. You also could take the image into generative fill and use that to make changes to the image to add and subtract things.
