When editing my video I keep getting unexplained error message that directs me to refresh or go to Home. I have been doing that but it keeps happening. Please help I AM UNDER A DEADLINE! THANKS!

I keep getting this error message while editing. please help…. I’m under deadline!

      We appreciate you sharing the details with us.

       

      Looking at the error message, here are a few things you can try:

      • Sign out of your Adobe account and sign back in.
      • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
      • Try accessing the service in a different browser or after restarting your computer.
      • If that doesn’t help, switch to another network connection, sometimes a firewall can block Firefly.

      If the problem still persists after these steps, let us know. It may be an issue on our side, and we’ll escalate it to the right team.

       

      Hopefully this gets resolved quickly!

      I have done those steps and continue to have the problem. I have purchased a lot of credits to composite this video. It was working fine when I was initially editing then all of the sudden the error window kept appearing and video was frozen. Please help, as I have sad this is under deadline to be published and needs further editing. Thank you.

      When I can get It to play, this is the clip where it stops and i get the error window. Please see screen shot where there seems to be a circle symbol in the right top right corner of the clip. I’ve tried to delete the clip but the error message comes up the minute I touch it. PLEASE HELP! Again , this started last Thursday and it is Saturday. My Client needs this ASAP.
