when generating a video, system continues to generate, without producing a video for over an hour, happened several times

When generating a video recently, the system continues to show generation screen without confirmation of completion of video. Generation can be displayed for hours. User has to manually stop the generation. No video is produced at times and credits are removed from account. Animated toy continues to display with no completion of task.

    Can you tell us if the issue happens only when using a specific model, or does it happen regardless of the model you choose?

    Rebooted systems and software

    After the animated toy and generation went on for approximately 1 hour and then 2 hours. I manually stopped the generation. On one occasion I did have a video in “my stuff” history, however, at other times I dod not have anything produced and the credits were removed from my monthly balance with no output to show for. I rebooted my Laptop, Mobile Phone, Logged out and logged into my laptop and mobile phone, Checked for any update to software, but all up to date. Nothing seemed to work after refreshing and rebooting  hardware and software.

    Video generation keeps going for an hour until manually stop and loose credits

    Sorry about the issue. Have you tried another browser? If so, please try deleting cache files and see if that helps.

    Thank you for your reply. I have tried Safari and Google browsers. Still had the issue with both.
