why can't I sign in to the "text to image" website?

why can't I sign in to the "text to image" website? Once I click the Sign In button, the page will go back to the privious page automatically. I've tried too many times, every time I tried, I failed.

    The Adobe Firefly beta is only available in countries where Adobe services are available. Countries where Adobe Firefly beta is not available include Russia, Belarus and China.
