Why doesn’t it download the ENTIRE picture?

Version of the app? I don't know, it's Firefly on the web on 11/30/24.

I generated the image and downloaded it. It didn't download the whole thing, it's cropped. And it didn't "download" it, either, it just put a larger (again, cropped) version on the screen. Tried to print, thinking it just wasn't showing the whole thing. Nope, print preview shows crop.

Up to date iPad Air 2024.
Basic steps: generate, select, download.

Expected result: an actual download of the entire image. Actual result: a full-screen cropped version of the image.

Hey @EmilyBristor
You might be using Fast Mode in Firefly. If this is the case, click the switch and you can generate in slow mode. In slow mode, you get the entire image displayed in high resolution and "download" the image, as well.

Thank you for replying! I just figured it out. I'm using Safari.
The solution is to hold on the image and then select Save Photo. It saves the full image. IMNSHO Adobe needs to (1) change their wording ("download" doesn't download) (2) tell people how to make it work and (3) size the image in the browser so the whole thing is visible.

Hi EmilyBristor!

Sorry to hear that. Which browser are you using? Are you accessing the Text to Image or Generative fill feature? Would you mind sharing the screenshot that displays the issue?

Let us know. Happy to investigate.

Thanks,

KR
