why Generative Credits button is not working in Premium

4186 Credits are left out of 4250 Credits , but after Clicking Generative Credits it is showing by Premium , Can't Understand

What happens when you try to generate something using a Firefly premium feature? Can you please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing?
