Why I can't use firefly to generate pictures?

Dear Sirs,

 

Why can't I use Firefly to generate my pictures after I log in to my account? When I click the button " generate" beside "text to image ", the page shows me only a demo video, and there is no nothing else.

 

Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

    A bit of a hit and miss.

    Sometimes it works sometimes it does not.

    It worked for me last night, this morning, just that damn video.
