Why is Firefly PRO charging me 500 credits to create a video using 'image to video' generative AI?

Hi I have just upgraded to Adobe Firefly PRO this morning (14/08/25) - using the image to video generative AI feature. I have 7000 credits on this plan and it states on your website it should produce 70x 5 second videos (100 credits per 5 second video, 20 credits per second). However, each image to video I create, its costing me 500 credits.

Why?
