@Kartika Rawat: I have tried using the images both of these people posted as composition references, and they generated the same errors for me that @tonestackz showed:

I cannot figure out what in these images would actually trigger that. Can you please have someone look more closely at these images and test them to see what the problem is?

i am having the same issue attempting to use firefly to generate an image using a graphic that I made for my brand. anyway to get support to fix this?
