Will not allow me to upload first or last frame. I've used it before and now it is not working. Trying to upload a 1280 x 720p image. I have credits and internet

    Hello @joshual64138520,

     

    Please see my reply to your previous post above. What happens when you click into the reference image or keyframe? Do you get an error?  If you are getting an error, please show a screen shot of that. Please show the whole browser window, not just the error.

    I pay way too much money to adobe for this to not work and halt my
    production. I will be needing a refund if not resolved.

    I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried using another browser? Are you getting the same issue? Does it happen while selecting a specific image?

    Hi @joshual64138520,

     

    I cannot tell from that image what the problem might be as it looks normal. What does it do when you click the mouse in the upper keyframe?

     

    It should open a dialogue box allowing you to select the image file.

     

    What OS and browser are you using?

    It does not upload. That's not normal. I click upload, select, and then
    nothing. I've used firefly for a long time. This is not normal. It's you,
    not me so stop with the hardware questions and fix it.

    I had this same issue and changing my browser did solve it. Don’t be rude.
