Would like reimbursement of credits due to "something went wrong"

“Something went wrong - please try again later error”. Would like to be refunded all the credits that were taken due to this error.

      Hey ​@fourzero 

       

      When you get this error,  “ Issued occurred, please try again” there are some common reasons

      An example of the prompt that you are using as well would help.
      Could you provide a screenshot of an example of your image that is being rejected?

      Common problems

      • Trademarked / Copyright
      • Political figures / Celebrities 
      • if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

      or

      • - the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
        Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.
      • Nudity

      Hi Nate, 

      I'm doing nothing like that, see attached screenshots. I’m asking basic things, i.e (add an umbrella to this picture). Still an error. I asked for the white on the wheels to be a brighter colour and it wont allow that either.

      Hey ​@fourzero 

      It might be that the umbrella is white on a white background. 
      There needs to be a big contrast in colours: blue umbrella for example.
