Yearly subscription, not enough credits

I purchased the yearly subscription and how I can't generate anything, it's keep saying I don't have enough Credits

what is this!

Thank you for your message. 

Not all services are in all plans, so we first need to understand, what were you trying to generate and what plans are you subscribed to. 

 

To help us answer that, can you please reply with the following information:
• What Firefly function were you using? (text to image, text to vector, text to video, image to video, generative fill, audio/video translation, boards)
• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error saying you do not have enough credits (not just the error message itself).
• Please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• Please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
