You don't have access to Firefly

My account work perfectly until last friday when adobe firefly started showing this message "You don't have access to Firefly." is been a week and still doesn't work.

Do you have an enterprise account or a consumer account?

 

If you have an enterprise account, see your local Adobe administrator. If you are not sure who that is, start with IT.

 

If you have a consumer account, you will need to contact Adobe customer care. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

 

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

 

Do not reply to PMs here of people claiming to work for Adobe. They are likely to be scammers.
