I am the admin for my account. I did not see anything in the admin panel to adjust access for anything. I tried using a different network to see if our firewall was the issue and still gave me the same issue. I received the welcome email from Adobe on February 12th for the beta and haven't been able to use it at all.

Hello @peterl64269003,

 

Ok, if you are classified as EDU, it is not available on EDU plans. If you are classified otherwise, and it is not appearing on your accounts, you will need to talk with the Adobe account manager (or the people you get the licences from will have to).

Were a non-profit and we get our licenses through a third party called ccb technology.
