Hi Adobe Support,

I’m reaching out again regarding failed Firefly renders (Gemini 3.0) that are still consuming credits without any automatic restoration.

This has now happened across multiple billing periods, including last month and again this month. The pattern is the same: a render fails or errors out, no usable output is generated, but the credits are deducted anyway. No refund follows.

In previous conversations, I was asked to provide screenshots. The issue is that failed renders are not consistently visible or accessible in the front-end history after the fact, which makes screenshots of past failures technically impossible. I can’t capture UI states that no longer exist.

Since render attempts, status codes, and credit deductions are all logged server-side, I’m requesting a backend audit of my account for the following period: last two months, at least.

Specifically, I would like:

  • A reconciliation of render attempts vs. successful outputs

  • A count of failed or errored jobs

  • The total credits deducted for those failed jobs

  • Restoration of any improperly consumed credits

This is a recurring issue and should not still be happening. If automatic credit re-establishment is supposed to be in place, it clearly isn’t functioning correctly on my account.

Please escalate this to billing or technical operations if needed. I’m looking for a proper reconciliation, not another request for screenshots of missing UI records.

Thank you for your help in resolving this properly.
