Your AI does not work properly. I uploaded my image so that I could edit it and see how it'd look like when coloured but that AI was generating random pictures that were not even related to my image

I uploaded a picture of my sketch of a sword and wanted it coloured. When I asked the AI to do so it first generated an image of a tree then another time when I corrected it, it generated another image but wrong too. After that it just handed me an image of a random landscape.

    Hi @Astonishing_Rayb9cc,

In addition to what @N8. said, it would be helpful for you to provide us more specifics as to how you were transforming your image. Where you using generate image or edit image? What model were you using and what prompt did you use. A screen shot of the full browser window would help us help you.

@Astonishing_Rayb9cc sorry that you have encountered this issue.
When I use a reference image and want to keep the reference I tend to use one these prompts at the beginning of the Prompt.

    Prompt suggestion 1
    Keep the reference image…

    Prompt suggestion 2
    Use the reference image…

    Cheers

    Nate

    Hey @wise_easedf03
could you provide a bit more context? A before image and after image/ video would definitely help.

A Full Screenshot or short video:  Please provide a screenshot of your entire browser or application window, including your avatar in the upper right corner.

Will I get paid for that? Or get my wasted tokens back? Please don’t get me wrong, I appreciate you are trying to help, but I am really annoyed about paying for a commerical product from a big tech company whose basic functions fail and instead of getting instant support I am forced into a forum where I am now apparently expected to help improving a faulty product as if we were dealing with an FOSS app (for which I would happily invest my time). I am new to Adobe, I’ll just wait a few days  and see if it works. If it doesn’t,  I’ll move on to Runway, which seems to work smoothly. I have already wasted too much time here.

By providing additional info we can better assist you. Since you are new to Adobe, the forums are a starting point. Sometimes certain words or image trigger the model and prevent generating an image/ video.

If it is something bigger, like an actual bug then the team will investigate and work on it. By providing the requested info we can eliminate common causes or issues that might be preventing an image/ video from being generated.

A friendly reminder post the issue you are encountering just once.

Same here - with the Firefly model. All other models just produce "Something went wrong."
