Thank you for your message. 

If you are on an enterprise or teams plan and it says you are no longer authorised for the feature, you need to talk to your local Adobe administrator. If you are not sure who that is, please start with IT. There are several possible reasons for this message including, the administrator removed access (either intentionally or unintentionally), the feature needs to be enabled for all users, or the feature is not included on your plan.

 

If you are not an enterprise or teams user, please show us a screen shot of the error message. Please take a screen shot of the full borwser window, not just the error message.
