마이크로 소프트에서 해봤는데 됐어,
그리고, 어도비 클라우드에서 '만들기' 텝에서->'생성형 ai' 클릭해봤는데 되더라고

I tried turning the firewall off, turning it on, and even using the default settings, but it didn't work;;;

Hi @angular_dancer98570,

 

Ok, the next thing to check is the Windows Firewall. That frequentlky blocks connexions to Adobe. Please try to reset back to the default state and try again. If that does not work, please try another browser as a test (to see if a browser extension is interfering).

Thank you for your messages.  I think this thread might address the issue you are having.

Can you please try doing a hard reload in the browser window by pressing "<SHIFT>" while hitting the reload/refresh button in the browser?

 

If that does not work, please tell us you then OS and browser you are using and their version numbers.

Windows 11 , 버전 136.0.7103.114(공식 빌드) (64비트)

Hi, I tried doing a hard refresh but the issue still isn't resolved.
I'm in the middle of some work, so I really hope this gets fixed soon.
It doesn't seem to be a problem only on my end.
