Ok, the next thing to check is the Windows Firewall. That frequentlky blocks connexions to Adobe. Please try to reset back to the default state and try again. If that does not work, please try another browser as a test (to see if a browser extension is interfering).
Hi, I tried doing a hard refresh but the issue still isn't resolved. I'm in the middle of some work, so I really hope this gets fixed soon. It doesn't seem to be a problem only on my end.
