Can't downlad Substance assets?

yea i cant download anything.  I click download and I just get to stare at an imag of what I would like to download.   How many billions of dollars does Adobe have?  If you're going to steal from artist's by learning what they are doing sneakily through your software then at least it would be nice to have the breadcrumbs of your assets being downloadable if that is what you say you do.  If not, don't say you do it and we can spend our time somewhere else.  Thanks adobe

With you subscription Substance 3D for Students and Teachers, 3D Assets should be unmetered, but there is a bug, we are working on the issue, in March it should be solved.

I cannot download any 3D Substance Assets - it seems to be asking me to subscribe. Nothing downloads. I have an active Full CC apps subscription and a subscription to the full Substance suite. My avatar shows in upper right of the UI; indicating I'm logged in properly on my Win 11 PC. These are not new subscriptions and I renewed them back in Nov. 2024. They should be working.

I just bought a (pricey) laptop end of 2024 for the express purpose of working with Ps beta and Substance 3D Viewer and creating 3D composites comprised of 3D models and 2D photos and I'm unable to do so b/c I cannot get any models from the Adobe Substance 3D Assets library. Models I generate with text to model are uneditable wrt materials, lights, etc.

Who in tech spt can help me with this?

Same here...I even have over 2500 credits.

I've logged out and logged back in- and still it tells me to upgrade. This isn't something I need right now since I'm on a tight deadline.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I have same problem, I have deadline, bough just subscription to download some asstets and I cannot, even that I have 30 download available I dont have available download button, please, HELP! 😞

From what I see in the account of your org the subscription is "Pending payment", which would explain why the download points have not been added to the account as we get the event to add the points on the account when the payment has been received. It is different on the app side, where the access is given before the payment is validated.

I also cannot download assets and we have bought the substance 3d collection subscription which includes access to the apps and the asset library. I can download the apps like Painter and designer but I cannot download any assets it is asking me to subscribe.
