Substance 3D Education License Application proces not working?

I'm trying to apply for Substance 3D Painter eductional licenses, but the web site doesn't work!  I follow the steps, but no email is ever received from donotreply@adobepartneroffer.com with the instructions to validate my eligibility.  It's been this way for months now and really feels like Adobe are just trying to force us all to give up and pay for subscription.  I'm a student and simply can't afford to do that, so will have no choice but to use other tools instead.  Not a great way to attract and retain new users of your tools, Adobe.

 

Any update on when the educational license process will be working for Substance 3D, please?

    Hi, I've had the same problem (and I'm honestly surprised that this has been going on for over two years at this point).

    My UK friends don't have this issue but I can't get the Substance Education license from GER (same with other GER students I've talked to).

    I've tried to get it almost a year ago when I started my Masters but I ran into the exact problem described here. I tried again now and still ran into the same issue. I hope there is any way to still get the Education license?

     

    Last time I tried, I felt support just wanted to not understand what I was saying - and in the end I got kinda ghosted. Not letting this go just yet though.

      Hello!

      I am also currently having problems with recieving the email while getting my substance licence.

      I have tried everything, making new emails every time, reaching out to support team - nothing helped. I am in a huge need for substance as I need it to finish my college studies.

        Unfortunately, I have the same problem. Like the others,         I am unable to activate the teacher plan since the confirmation email is not arriving (already checked the spam folder many times).
        It would be amazing if you could help me with this, too.

        Hi, I have the same problem for over months now too. All my fellow students somehow got the E-Mail but me ;( Help is apreciated :=)

          The website still does not work. Are you still working on getting it fixed, or can I also send my e-mail adress for student access?
