I submitted the form and never received instructions on how to proceed. Resubmitting the form leads to the error message "Unique ID already exists."

I tried to renew my education license and have the same issue. I tried to reach out to the support chat but only got the answer that I can't renew the education license after 12 months and would need to pay for it. Otherwise I would need to apply for the free license with a new Adobe Account. But the FAQ states: "If you are still eligible at the end of the 12 months, you can renew your student license following the same redemption process."

Hi I've been having the same issue for over a month now and I desperately need it to continue my work at college, and this license issue is preventing me from doing anything, I've also been denied twice despite showing evidence that I do study at my college.

Thanks, but has there been any progress, please?  My trial ran out over a week ago and I have lots of work to do.  Without the educational license, I can no longer use Substance Painter.  I tried the process again and it now gives me an error stating, "Unique ID already exists".  I assume this means some form of account has been created in the "Substance" context to map to my main Adobe account, but the email telling me how to progress isn't being generated / sent?

Please help resolve this ASAP, the process has been unavailable now for over 2 months (was previously sat with a banner on the web page saying it was "down for maintenance" for well over a month).
