Adobe Creative Cloud Subscriber (All Apps/Services) Cannot Download Open Last Media Encoder Beta

Hello, I updated Media Encoder (Beta) to v24.0.0.48 (2023-08-26). I am not given the option to open it, only Buy Now or Try. I am logged into account and all other beta versions are accessible. When I click Try, it takes me to an upgrade page to change my plan to All Apps/Services, which I already have.

Please advise.
