Error exporting, recieving error 39 or when successful doesnt export the whole video properly

I keep on recieving an error for my video, its supposed to come out around 50 minutes but sometimes when I export it I recieve an Error and the other times I export it it will play for 8 minutes or so then skip to the end even the the mp4 file reads 50 minutes. Here is the info for the error:

I fixed it by moving it to my Z Drive, i had 32 gigs free but  moving it to the Z drive fixed it first try

I have about 32 gb to spare in the c drive, i moved it to a usb as the export location, took a long time but finally finished, it was working for a long time but at the 40 minute mark it just gets stuck on pause in videoplayer.

Please check if your hardrive (C:/) has enough space left. H.264 can require up to 3 or more times of the final output size, because video and audio will be exported first and later muxed to the final file, before the working video and audio files will be removed. Normally C: will be the scratch disc too. So if some heave processing happening, what consumes more memory then you have as available RAM, the disc space will be used too.
