Interpret footage

Absolutely heartbroken. My workflow for two years now, has depended on Media Encoder's ability to interpret footage, and now, a day before fathers day, I have a project I've been working on for 48 hours straight. Why, just why?

Hi Thomas,

We are very aware of this problem and know how frustrating it is. I spoke to several customers this morning about the issue to make sure I fully understood the problem. I'm continuing the conversation with them and with other customers in our main support forum here ( https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-media-encoder-discussions/updated-to-media-encoder-22-4-now-i-cannot-quot-interpret-footage-quot-120fps-proxy-workflow/td-p/12935192 ). Please follow that thread. We are actively working on a fix for this problem.
