Left edge of the frame of the video image appears on the right side

When I export a premiere file to adobe media encoder, I always have a part of the left image at the right edge of the image. I can not see the mistake before in premiere. When I just try to export within premiere the audio export rendering stays minutes long at 0%, Therefore I switched then to media encoder. How can I solve this?

Same thing happened to me, but with dynamic link between Premiere Pro 23.4 and After Effects 23.5. I figured it's because software versions did not match. Downgraded After Effects to 23.4 and the problem was fixed.

@jstrawn

It's showing up in other threads as well.

This user is having it happen with an After Effects Comp that does not use any source footage:

The issue is also showing up in Facebook groups and on Reddit as well.

I have not been able to reproduce it, though.

We need a piece of media and a project that causes this. Also, we need to know exactly what settings you are choosing in AME.

@Kevin-Monahan

I have seen this exact same issue in AME beta a couple of months ago. Build 23.5.9.

AME team could not reproduce, but I wonder is its related.

Same issue here with Media Encoder except on the left. Exports with same settings without this frame issue using when exporting from Premiere

Issue

  • Application and version:  Adobe Premiere 23.5.0 (build 56) > Send to Adobe Media Encoder 23.4 (build 47)
  • OS: Windows 11

Steps to reproduce:

Export a work area from premiere with H.264 settings - HD YouTube and send to Media Encoder

Expected to get a usable video

Actually got a video that was unusable
