Media Encoder 2024 crash on startup.

I have problem with newest version of Adobe Media Encoder. When i want to open AME, the start creen appears, but after a while, it disappears and nothing happens. In a nuttshell, it crash. Media Encoder just doesn't launch. Everything worked fine with the 2023 version, but after updating to the latest version, this problem appeared. I have Premiere Pro on the latest version and it works perfectly. The issue only occurs with Media Encoder. I have tried literally everything, running it as an administrator, using the "create proxy" option in Premiere Pro. Nothing works. I hope this problem can be resolved because without proxies, I am stuck.

Are you running an antivirus program on your PC? If so try to include Media Encoder's ".exe" file into the exception list of your antivirus program and then try again. Good luck!
