Media Encoder 25.2 can't lauch

Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded to version 25.2, but after installing it, I found that the program wouldn’t launch at all—nothing happens when I click the button, and there’s no loading screen either... Even worse, after uninstalling and reinstalling version 25.1, Media Encoder still won’t start. The 25.1 version used to work fine on my computer before.
I’m wondering if anyone has a good solution for this?

Thank you.

Thanks for letting us know! I am happy that it works again for you.

It turned out that the issue was indeed caused by the antivirus software settings, which prevented the program from running properly. After updating, it is now working normally. Thank you all for your input.

Did you try to delete or move the 25.3 preferences?

As far as I know, there shouldn't be any. Strangely, I can open the Beta version 25.3, but I can't open the official release v25.2.  It's quite frustrating that I can't export directly from Premiere to Media Encoder. Do you have any suggestions for things I could try?

Or do you have AntiVirus software or other security related software in your system that needs an updated configuration after the upgrade?

Are you working on Mac or Windows?

If on Mac, did you by accident declined the access to folders? You can check that our in your system prefs
