Media Encoder not working "unexpected error"

Hi,

I would like to encode a project from After Effects with Media Encoder, but it says: Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue. Cache-SSD is empty. What can I do? Media Encoder is also not starting as Standalone. Renderqeue in After Effects is working.
I am working on Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2, Betriebssystembuild 19045.4046, AE and ME, nvidia-driver are newest versions dated today.

I am stuck.

Cheers, Albert

I deinstalled AME now and reinstalled it: still not working: Unexpected error. This all is getting on my nerves. I do not see where I could have done something bad - neither I am expecting that my PC is the cause: all other software is running like a charm. I am not amused.

I already did so. The folder "24.0" has newly been created: still no change.

This is weird.

Can you try to rename or delete the AME Documents folder? You find it here: /Users/<name>/Documents/Adobe/Media Enocder.

Forgot to ask: Which versions of AME and the other video apps are you currently using?
