Media Encoder not working "unexpected error"

Hi,

 

I would like to encode a project from After Effects with Media Encoder, but it says: Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue. Cache-SSD is empty. What can I do? Media Encoder is also not starting as Standalone. Renderqeue in After Effects is working.
I am working on Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2, Betriebssystembuild 19045.4046, AE and ME, nvidia-driver are newest versions dated today.

 

I am stuck.

Can you share your specs of your Win 10 Pro machine (CPU, GPU, Memory)? It sounds like you send over After Effects comps to Adobe Media Encoder. Which versions of AME and After Effects do you use?
