Media Encoder 26.2 Crashing Upon Open (MacOS 26.4.1)

Every time I open Media Encoder 26.2 or send an export from After Effects 26.2 to Media Encoder, ME crashes immediately. Apps are up to date. Tried restarting mac, didn’t work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling ME, didn’t work. ME preferences were reset to default, cache was cleared, etc., didn’t work.

      Same here. Just updated to the latest version, unable to use as it crashes as soon as it appears to have finished starting up. And yes, I did submit a bug report but that does not help me now that my client is waiting...

      I was not able to reproduce the issue after updating to macOS 26.4.1 Tahoe. Did you allow access to the Documents folder? Did you send the report? What was the name you used?

      Please send me your user name that you used in the crash report as well as your specs (OS, CPU, GPU, memory). Are there any system level security or AntiVirus tools installed oon your machine?

      Also: did you try to disable all plugins?
