I can't see any 3d object in substance viewer or photoshop beta

I have the same problem some of the users have ,when i import a 3d object in  substance viewer or photoshop beta it doesnt show anything  in my case it doesn't matter if i toggle the raytracing option on/off. 

Photoshop beta 26.4

Substance 3d view beta 0.21.0

Windows 10 latest update

GTX 1080 TI latest driver update

OK.my bad, i thought the gtx1080ti is newer than the  gtx1650.I guess i need to update

Your computer must meet the minimum technical specifications outlined below to run and use Substance 3D Viewer (Beta). That can be a reason System requirements | Substance 3D Viewer

  • NVIDIA GTX 1650 or AMD RX 580

I have the same problem with AMD RX 580 when Viewer is lunched last year. The latest updates are able to work with AMD RX 580.
