Hello,I’m encountering a persistent issue when launching Adobe Substance 3D Viewer (Beta). As soon as I open the application, I get an error popup saying:“Sorry, something went wrong. This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you're not connected to the internet. [...] Error code: 10000.”My setup:App version: Substance 3D Viewer (Beta) - latest (from Creative Cloud)OS: Windows 11 Pro (fully updated)GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5090CPU: Threadripper 7980XInternet: Stable connection (verified)Firewall/Antivirus: Disabled for testingVPN/Proxy: Not in useWhat I’ve tried:Restarting the app and systemRunning as AdministratorVerifying and repairing app via Creative CloudClearing cache and config from %appdata% and %localappdata%Disabling firewall/antivirus temporarilyLogging out/in to Adobe CCReinstalling the appDespite all these steps, the app still fails to connect and throws the same error (Code 10000). Everything else in Creative Cloud works fine.Is this a known issue?Thank you!

Sometimes 3D Cad files exported in "Step" file ormat may contain some appearance applied to parts. it looks like when opened in Substance 3D Viewer you may view them and you can export it in GLB format and it's fine. But when you apply another aspect from the "Default Library" a "metal one particularly" it add the color to the color parameter of the part. it don't overide it. even if the look is good in Sb.view of the Step in Sbafter applying "titanium"the glb viewed in Sandbox.babylonjs

Every time I import my object into GLTF, the application closes and displays an error report to send, one out of ten times. My PC doesn't seem to have any RAM issues. Do you have any solutions?

Hi, I have been a part of early beta and I was missing out for a bit. Today I though substance viewer is good starting point for some characters turnaround poses and went I went to an app I found out it's unresponsive:  Sorry, something went wrong. This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you’re not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and then try again later. If you’re still having issues, please see our troubleshooting guide. Error code: 10000 Toggling back version did helped but then I am unable to export to photoshop

I created something using the 3d ai tool and whenever i export it trying any file type, the file becomes empty. what can i do??

impossible ouvrir substance 3 d viewer de creative cloud ( ne réponds pas )

I completed the challenge and posted the corresponding image on FB and Insta. It was also tagged. However, the export function didn’t work. Only the generated vehicle was visible, but not the background. I worked around this by copying the image via the clipboard into Photoshop and saving it as a PNG. Despite the error, it’s a cool program!

I have the same problem some of the users have ,when i import a 3d object in  substance viewer or photoshop beta it doesnt show anything  in my case it doesn't matter if i toggle the raytracing option on/off. Photoshop beta 26.4Substance 3d view beta 0.21.0Windows 10 latest updateGTX 1080 TI latest driver update

Hello,I have no rendering of the 3D object when ray tracing is deactivated, I can't see anything. I have to activate ray tracing to see my 3D objects. The problem is the same if I generate my 3D object by AI. Are you familiar with this problem? I work on windows 10.Thank you for your help.

Hi,I don't know how to explain this issue, but I've found an issue working with an assembly save as Step. Viewer was able to open, display and apply material on the foile without any troubles, Even the export of the file in GLB was successful. But the issue comes at the opening the file in any 3D viewer like MS 3D Viewer, or Sandbox Babylon JS, of Babylon Viewer embeded in OneDrive/Sharepoint...I've found that the issue was in the name of the parts of the assembly.for any reason there was either "Ø" or "," in the name of the part.Viewer don't take care, but in the GLB I guess that it's not valid and corrupt the file.I don't know if it is possible to "Sb" to aname when exnalyze this and correct the names of objects in the scene in respect of the syntax of the export Format.

it looks like the issue is not only for GLB, I guess that for OBJ, GlTF and FBX it's the same. Viewer export the geometry but can't generate the pictures of the textures... when you extract the glb the ressource folder is empty. when you export the OBJ, the MTL is ok, but no link to textures and no textures are generated...   Only USD looks working   Many Thanks

Version of the app26.2.0Platform and OS versionmacOS 15.0.1Basic steps to reproduce the problemI am following this tutorial:https://helpx.adobe.com/substance-3d-viewer/using/photoshop-3d-intro.html#:~:text=In%20Photoshop%20(beta)%20app%3A,accessible%20from%20the%20Layers%20panel. I can not get past step 1. As soon as I drop in the sample file provided (Green_headphones.usdz) I get this error:Could not place "Green_headphones.usdz" because the file was not found. I get the same error if I try to import one of my own 3D objects.Expected result and actual resultIt should import the file, but it doesn't

Can't see any 3d objects in Photoshop Beta or Substance viewer.Just appear as blank layers or empty grids

In order not to have to rename obj files when exporting from my 3d app I usually just overwrite the previous one using the same name. Unfortunately there is a bug in 3d Viewer so it apparently caches the previously imported files and does not update with the new content. Only way to achieve that is to quit and relaunch 3d Viewer.

Hi, I ve created a repeated pattern in Modeler, and exported it in GLB.Opened in Viewer, only the main instance is editable...I mean the material is editable but not the one of the repeatsplease find the glb as attachment in the PDF here
