2 second pause problem

I don't know why this happens. I'm using Ae 25 and Creative Cloud says "it can run well on this computer" and there are no problems with my system requirements. Why do I get a 2 second pause when I start the video? I have 32GB ram and this is weird. It's ridiculous to still see these problems even though I gave 28GB to Ae. What should I do please give advice.

I'd like to get to the bottom of this error message you're seeing.

- When exactly does it show up? When starting AE? After installing? After doing something specific?

- Please provide exact error message shown verbatim. If running in AE, you should be able to use the control-C to copy when the dialog is up. or a picture of the error.

Thanks!

This is changing but I'm just getting into Ae 25. I was at 22 for a long time and was playing and editing intense arrangements at full level. What could have happened in 3 years? I can also send you the link to my edits, no problem

firstly my system: rtx 3050ti

intel core i7 12700H

32GB ram

win11

and i have a nearly 100gb free space rn in D disk

-

and the ram sharing is normal. 28gb to Ae and other Adobe programs.

I don't know which setting of Ae I use to check my CPU percentage. I looked but couldn't find it. Is it in Windows settings or something?

Additionally what size and format are you working with?

Could you please confirm when you say you gave 28GB to Ae, are you referring to the Memory setting in the Memory and Multiprocessing preferences panel? If so, can you please double check that, if that number is set to 28, it will actually give other applications 28GB and only reserve 4GB for AE.
Also, please check what your % CPU reserved for other applications is set to?

If that is not your situation, could you provide a little more context.

- Please provide exact error message shown verbatim. If running in AE, you should be able to use the control-C to copy when the dialog is up.

- Also provide more details on your system including your machine type, OS version, disk size, free disk space available, and finally under the Preferences->Memory & Multiprocessing, click on the two buttons Show Memory Usage Details... and GPU Information, and copy that information here too.
