23.1 - Delay on collapsing properties in timeline

1. AE 23.1

2. MacOS Monterey 12.6.2 (though same issue on Ventura) on M1 Max 24c

3. Since upgrading to 23.1 I've had an issue with collapsing open layer properties (U). The more layer properties open the longer they take to collapse, up to a few seconds. Reverting back to 23.0 solves the issue and returns opening and closing (UU/U) back to instant.

4. Expected behaviour is instant open and collapsing.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Would you be able to provide a full-screen recording of this issue as it occurs in 23.1? That would greatly help us get a sense of the issue and if the overall state of the UI might be affecting interaction performance.
