33:4 errror in after effects 2024

Every single time i try opening a project i get a missing data 33:4 error

I was editing on my laptop when my monitor just stopped working but my computer was still running, so I pressed ctrl + s before i manually power off the computer. Upon restart I get nothing but a 33:4 error.

I've tried opening it on 2025, same issue, importing into a new project same issue, ive downloaded older version and same issue.

Im doing this for a school project due by 2/7/2025 so any help would be greatly appreciated on how to fix this
