3D Eelement not rendering the composition

so i'm using after effects 2025 and everytime i try to turn png into 3d it goes allright but when i try to render that comp it always crashes like don't render and doesn't even preview the composition it stops at that. I'm stuck at this please someone help me if anyone has solved it.

Thank you for reporting this issue, sorry to hear that AE is crashing for you when enabling 3D on a PNG layer. To investigate further, could you please answer the questions below:

 

  1. What are your system specs (OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM, etc). The more detail, the better.
  2. What 3D engine is being used in the composition when you experience the crash?
  3. Does enabling 3D for other layer types (e.g. a Solid, Shape, or Text layer) work as expected?
  4. When the crash occurs, have you submitted a crash report with your email address? These are critical for our team to investigate crashing issues.
