AE 2023 23.2.1 and 23.0 composition will not export

Running into an issue with a 3D composition to preview render very slowly at every resolution, and also am not able to export render from either the render queue or Media Encoder. I tried to lower preview resolution to Quarter resolution and still had issues with the preview lagging as well, but still was able to successfully get a preview render that would work. The primary problem is simply being unable to export whatsoever. I tried turning off layers and shortening the length of the composition but still had the same problems. The composition that I'm trying to render is very short, only about 6 seconds. It is a scene with multiple lights, and 2 cameras.

When I go to export, the loading bar stays blue and does not give any information as to elapsed time or render time. This is not after effects crashing, as I am still able to stop the render. I have tried every typical solution, i.e. clearing cache, switching off GPU acceleration, sending to Media Encoder, switching layers off, pre-rendering precomps that have more effects. I have tried rendering as an .mov (Apple ProRes 4444) as well as .mp4 using Quicktime. 

Very frustrating
