AE 2024 Memory decrease

Thanks for posting that screenshot. So there's actually a whole lot more going on than just a shake and a zoom. You have some very heavy effects on this layer, but I would be willing to bet that Motion Tile is causing the problem here. If you need it, reduce your values to only what you absolutely need. There's a good chance that will fix your problem.

this is what i use for the shake, and for the zoom i use two null who just scale.

this is the only way i can export the edit.

A few questions:

1. How are you creating the shake?
2. Do you have any effects applied elsewhere that could be affecting your frame? Perhaps CC RepeTile or Motion Tile? 
3. Can you please post a screenshot of your Composition Settings window, as well as what your export settings are?
4. Is this happening when you play your comp back at Full resolution or only when you export?
