AE 2025 crashes during playback and clearing cache

I've come across a few issues that are making AE crash. It is constantly locking up and crashing with just the bare minimum of me bringing in a single 422 hq movie and trying to get it to playback or when I try to purge the cache.  When I start in Safe mode it seems to work fine. Might be a plug-in issue bug (not using any) or corrupt preferences (did not change anything). I was able to work on things that didn't have mov files. Started crashing just trying to clear the cache.  Attached are the log files for the crash. I have also restarted my machine twice just to check.
 
AE 24 is working fine with the same single files.

Hi thanks, so renaming the MediaCore folder to MediaCore.old and running AE 2025 works. But I need those plugins. How do I reinstall the plugins?

For example, I open the Maxon app and it acts like the plugins are already installed. I run the Maxon app installer and that only opens up the app.

Do you have any custom import/export codecs installed on your machine? Perhaps check in the /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore folder incase something else is trying to deal with the mov files.
