AE 23.0.0 (Build 59) Banding in 32bpc but not 16bpc

Having an banding issue when the project is set to 32bpc, it looks identical to 8bpc on ProRes XQ footage. However, when I switch to 16bpc, the banding disappears. 

 

This shows up in the viewer and upon export, which is ProRes XQ / Trillions of Colors. I've attached screenshots with the settings in front of clouds, where it's most obvious to see.

-Mac OS 12.6.1 / M1 Ultra 128GB

Hi @Cj24227803jaa0,

Thank you for reporting this issue. We haven't been able to reproduce the issue with ProRes XQ footage on our side, but it's possible that project setting, footage interpretation, or a specific ProRes XQ source might be causing the banding. Would you be able to share a project file and a short sample clip with us?
